On this episode, I am excited to have Oksana Semenyuk as our guest. Oksana is an expert in organizational and individual transformations, with more than 22 years of experience as a HR Business Lead and Transformation Lead in Kraft Foods and Mondelez International across Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She has also co-founded and served as CEO of a leadership consultancy, and is a mentor in organizational and individual transformations, as well as a certified Neuroleadership Consultant.
